By using karmyx.co.in, our online store, or any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns policy.

About Karmyx

Karmyx ("we", "us") refers to Karmyx (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., based in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, India, offering print-on-demand personalised merchandise, digital designs and creative services, and software and online services.

Using our website

• Use the site lawfully and don't try to disrupt, hack or misuse it.
• Information on this site is provided in good faith. Product images may be illustrations or mockups; actual colours and print placement can vary slightly.
• Links to other sites (such as our store, our game or social media) are provided for convenience; those sites have their own terms.

Orders, prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include or exclude taxes as shown at checkout. Shipping charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
• An order is confirmed once payment is received and we send a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or the order breaks these terms.
• Payments are handled securely by third-party payment providers.

Personalised products and your content

When you upload text, photos, logos or artwork to personalise a product, you confirm that:

• you own the content or have permission to use it;
• it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• it is not unlawful, hateful, obscene, defamatory or otherwise harmful.

You give us a limited licence to use your content only to produce and deliver your order. We may refuse to print content that we believe breaks these rules. Please double-check spelling, names and images before ordering. We print what you submit.

Our designs and content

Karmyx original designs, illustrations, text, logos and website content belong to Karmyx or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or reproduce them for commercial use without our written permission. Buying a product gives you the right to use and enjoy that product. It does not transfer the design's copyright.

Design and software services

Custom design, website, app, automation, marketing and consulting work is carried out under a separate written proposal or agreement that sets out scope, timelines, payments and ownership of deliverables. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

Disclaimers and liability

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Karmyx is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, India. We'd always prefer to resolve concerns directly first, so please reach out.
